CANCELLATION POLICY
To respect the time of both our clients and our service providers, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 15% cancellation fee based on the total service amount. • No-shows will also be charged a 15% fee. • This fee must be paid before booking any future appointments.
